You have to meet all 3 types of requirements to apply under the DASA scheme. The eligibility list is as follows:

Age Eligibility: There is no restriction for age limit in DASA 2025. The student have to be 12th pass only. There should be a date of birth issued by any Government authority.
Academics Eligibility: Applicant must qualify 12th grade or equivalent grade from Universities recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) & applicants must have successfully completed 3 subjects - Mathematics, Physics & one of the subjects from Chemistry, Bio-Technology, Computer Science or Biology in 11th and 12th grade.
Applicants must have scored at least 60% aggregate or 6.5 GPA (10 point scale basis) & they must have finished 12th grade or are expecting results by September 2025.
Applicants with the minimum JEE Main score of 180+ are eligible. Applicants have to submit their JEE Main score directly to the DASA conducting Institute.
Ensure you are sending your JEE Main scores by June 10, 2025. If you fail to send the JEE Main scores by June 10, 2025, you won’t be able to attend the Round 1, 2 & 3 of DASA Scheme.
Residential Eligibility: All Foreign Nationals residing in any country including India or Indian Nationals studying abroad that fulfilled the above-mentioned admission criteria shall be eligible. An NRI/PIO/OCI student is eligible for DASA scheme if he/she finishes his 11th and 12th grade in any foreign country in the last 8 years. If you hail from any of the below-mentioned Gulf Countries, you are eligible for the CIWG Scheme as well (a subset of DASA Scheme).

You can avail the benefits of CIWG and DASA scheme. If you fail to get admission under CIWG scheme, you can get admission in DASA quota.
