Having world-class campuses in Chennai and Delhi NCR, SRM University has been recognized as one of the top-ranking universities in India offering a wide variety of undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in Engineering. Intake

This year, the university is offering admissions to approximately 7,000 students across various undergraduate engineering programmes in its three campuses.

Fee

The annual fee for Delhi campus is Rs. 1.5 lakhs and Rs. 1.6lakhs at Chennai.

Courses

The group has three campuses -in Kattankulathur, and Ramapuram, both in Tamil Nadu and one in NCR at Modi Nagar, While the Kattankulathur campus has over 17 UG programmes with unique ones like Genetic Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechatronies, Nana technology and Software Engineering, the Ramapuram campus is quite new and has only 7 branches on offer. The NCR campus has 8 branches on offer.

Infrastructure

All campuses of SRM University have state-of-the-art infrastructure. The university has facilities to cater to students' varied requirements including banking, Internet centre and catering services. It does also have transport and 24×7 medical and pharmacy services dedicated to students and its staff. The University has an English communication skills  laboratory and research centres with sophistricated equipment.

Counseling

Counseling for admission to B.Tech courses was held from May 17 to May 23, 2021 in the university. Shortlisted candidates who secured ranks up to 60,000 took part in the counseling session. The students could opt for programmes in all three campuses and depending upon the rank and preferences they would get an offer of admission.
