Diet Chart – How it is helpful to JEE Top 100 AIR Students

We TestprepKart conducted an e-survey for their diet chart which is really a prime factor to keep them healthy and strong, and also to overcome to their stress and used to get stress out. All the successful candidates assert us that they never allowed negativity to creep into their mind due to such a long stressful struggle while preparing the examination. There were times they had to study for 10 hours a day, but the secret lay in handling the pressure in a positive manner due to they always take a proper diet in this duration.
Dr. Anubha Rastogi (from Fortis), TestprepKart Physician and dietician presented a diet chart for IIT JEE aspirants which were also followed by Top 100 AIR students. They asserted this chart really helpful to keep them healthy and keep their morale high during exam time.
- In their diet they have had nutritious food includes Carbohydrates (wholegrain foods, like cereals, bread to get energy), Proteins (eggs and dairy products essential for muscle, and also to build, growth and repair for antibodies), Calcium (dairy products, like milk, yogurt, cheese, paneer, green vegetables), vitamins (proper functioning of body, and also boost immune system).
- They also include of iron, Omega-3 and 6 fatty acids, and amino acids in their diet to get good health and stay strong during exam time.
- They had fruits which remove drowsy feeling after prolong hours of revision. The successful students especially had Berries which improved their memory and edged the level of toxins. Above all they had a nutritious and healthy breakfast and proper meal for their lunch and dinner.

- Say no to junk foods.
- Have small meals instead of having heavy meals.
- Have dry fruits.
- Drink plenty of water.
- Do meditation and yoga.
